Maria Rosso Esq. is an experienced attorney specializing in probate, guardianship, and estate planning, serving clients throughout Florida. With a strong commitment to helping individuals and families navigate complex legal processes, she offers personalized and compassionate counsel tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Ms. Rosso, the founder of Rosso Law P.A., was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and raised in Miami, FL. Ms. Rosso received her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Miami. She then furthered her studies by obtaining a Master of Education (M.Ed.) with a specialization in Pre-K-Primary at the University of Miami. While a Miami-Dade Public School teacher, Ms. Rosso obtained her National Boards for Professional Teaching Standards Certification.

Ms. Rosso obtained her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas School of Law, where she was on the Dean’s List and earned a CALI Book Award in Torts. Ms. Rosso also received the Elder and Tax Law Certificates.

While in law school, Ms. Rosso was a teaching assistant for the writing department and a judicial intern for Judge Maria M. Korvick, Administrative Judge of the Probate Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade. That internship led to a part-time position, which led to a full-time position as an Attorney Case Manager to Judge Bernard Shapiro, Judge Maria Espinosa Dennis, and Judge Jerald Bagley. Ms. Rosso was promoted to Attorney Case Manager Supervisor and eventually Director of Probate of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit.

Ms. Rosso has worked for prominent private practice firms in the greater Miami area and has filed probate cases throughout the State of Florida. Ms. Rosso focuses her practice on estate administration, guardianship, guardianship advocacy, estate planning, and real estate transactions. In her free time, Ms. Rosso enjoys spending time with her family and friends, teaching, and traveling.
